It started with
getting ready together.
Fashion has been a foundation of my life for as long as I can remember. From an early age, getting dressed was never simply about putting together a cute outfit. Fashion gave me confidence. It became a creative outlet and a way to express my personality, my opinions, and how I wanted to show up in the world.
But some of my most meaningful experiences with fashion have never been about the clothes themselves. They have been about the people surrounding them.
Getting ready together. Borrowing something from a friend’s closet. Sending outfit photos back and forth. Stopping someone on the street because the way they put an outfit together gave you an idea. Style has always been part of how we connect.
Fashion on social media can sometimes feel like a constant stream of things to buy. I wanted Ensemble to be a place to find inspiration in the people whose style we admire, the ideas we exchange, and the possibilities we discover in our own closets.
Today, fashion content is fragmented across multiple platforms. We share outfits in one place, save inspiration in another, organize our wardrobes elsewhere, and have our fashion conversations across all of them. I wanted to bring those experiences together in one connected fashion ecosystem.
Looks, Closet, Edits, Notes, and Communities connect the entire experience. A Look can spark an Edit. A piece in someone’s Closet can inspire another way to style something you own. A Note can start a conversation. Every part opens a way to discover someone else’s point of view.
I’m building Ensemble for lovers of fashion to exchange ideas, develop their personal style, and build relationships through the style they share. A place where inspiration grows through conversation, creativity, and community.
At the heart of it is personal style: the pieces we choose, the references we return to, and the individual way we bring them together. We can each have our own point of view and still inspire one another.
Let’s create community. Because good taste should be shared
